"I have been using Otis for over 30 years. They do my yearly termite inspection and retreat as needed. About 3 years ago I signed us for mosquito spraying once a month. I have a large yard with lots of trees and woods around me. With all the recent rains this year mosquitos have been bad. Jacob and Michael do a wonderful of spraying for me. Noticed mosquitos getting worse and contacted Michael and Jacob to come spray since my granddaughter was having a birthday outside this weekend. I unknowingly moved into a home that had a HUGE bed bug infestation (the house had been vacant for some time and, without hosts, bed bugs become dormant in a way that makes them hard to find during normal closing home inspections). A week into living in my house, I was COVERED with bites. Right before Jack showed up at my door, I went to move my car and also found that it wouldn't start. Needless to say, I was an emotional wreck.

Jack was knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of my house/treatment methods, and when he saw how emotionally taxing this experience had been, he made some calls to see if he could move things around to get into the house to heat treat it ASAP.

On his way out, he found out my car also just stopped working, and he opened the hood to try to help out there as well. About 15 minutes after he left with a price/date estimate, I was sitting on my porch in an emotional state and I noticed his car drive up again. He brought me food because he knew I was having a rough day!

A few days later Otis heat treated my historic home and Jack and his team were just as kind and helpful then, as they sorted through my half-unpacked life and helped my house get into a treatable condition.

Because my infestation was YEARS old and expansive, a few of the bed bugs survived the first treatment. This is a VERY RARE thing, but as soon as I called Jack to tell him, he sent out someone to do a quick chemical spray the same day, then came back and did a whole second heat treatment a few days after that (squeezing me in again)! Jack checked in with a phone call a day after that treatment to make sure they were finally gone (they were!!) and to tell me, "Don't you worry, we are on top of this until they are gone, I promise!"
